Sizing varies between retailers — for instance, a Medium at Kmart may be an XS at Myers — which is why we sell our vests in Inch Sizing. Our waistcoats are designed with a little extra breathing room of 1.5–2cm so you can sit comfortably without feeling squashed. When measuring, take the largest measurement from either your Chest or Stomach and convert it to inches. For example, if you measure 41" (104cm), the 40" (101cm) size would be too small even accounting for the added room, while the 42" (106cm) may feel slightly loose at first — however, an adjustment belt at the back allows you to tighten the fit as needed.
