Australian Shipping Services Information
Aussie Ties offers the following shipping services for Australian Customers
- Pick Up is from our Burpengary East, QLD address and can be selected from the options available at checkout - Orders received prior to 10am are picked and packed and ready that day - After this time frame it will be available the following day. If it is URGENT - Email and ask and we will do our best to make magic happen - but no promises!!
- Untracked Regular post with Australia Post - Please note - Untracked and the delivery timeframes can be very erratic - We call it Snail Mail for a reason!!
- Tracked and Express Shipping options are with Team Global Express or Australia Post - Please choose the option that is best suited to your timeframes.
You can easily select any of these options during the checkout process. Unsure - just email and ask :)
- Onsite colour matching is no longer available due to Council regulations - We can still offer Pick Up as a shipping option if you are local, but can no longer allow entry onsite unless we tick a thousand boxes with Council for a Home Based Store - So very sorry for this.
Time Frames
- All orders received before 10:00am are sent that same business day - All orders received after this are sent on the next business day.
- Untracked Regular Post is sent via the Australia Post regular mail delivery system and will most likely take 10-24 Business days. We call it Snail Mail for a reason - We are in Queensland so the further away you are, the longer it will most likely take. There is no way to track these packages.
- Tracked shipping via Australia Post from $9.90 - The most reliable option if urgency is not required - Tracked packages and delivery in 5-14 days all across Australia including PO Boxes and Unit complexes.
- Australia Post Express from $14.50 - 2-4 Business days - Delivers to all addresses Nationwide including PO Boxes and Unit Complexes.
- Team Global Express Post from $15.50 - 1-3 Business days to all major cities and most regional areas. NOTE - Toll cannot deliver to P.O. Box, apartments or unit complexes – please use Australia Post for these address options.
- All orders over $150 are sent via Tracked Postage with Team GE or Australia Post at our discretion - Generally we will try to choose the fastest option though..
International Delivery Options (outside of Australia)
International Post - Must be an address where hand to hand delivery can happen – ie. someone is present all day to be able to sign for the package upon delivery.
Please note that our suggested timeframes are based on feedback but the actual timeframes change weekly based on Customs and Import processes.
We are currently not shipping to the US due to the export tariff situation - We sincerely appologise for this and hope to have it sorted soon.
NZ Express International - from $26.50 - Allow 5 days for delivery - Hand to Hand only please - meaning no PO Box or Apartment Complexes please.
Deliveries to Europe and Canada – Please reach out to us with your enquiry so we can look into current delivery timeframes. We are only offering priority Express to get your order there ASAP but it is expensive starting from $47aud - but even this option can see delivery take 14-21 days currently due to customs proceedures and processes.
We do not cover Import Duty so please check your country's rules and regulations for import tax's to prevent a nasty shock when collecting the package. We do what we can to minimise any unforeseen issues with customs, but sometimes they just need to hit their quota - so be aware.
